A little about me and my ride. My name is Reuben and I am a certified Ford technician here in Kansas. I graduated from the Ford ASSET program early last year. before that I was a parts counterman for Oreillys, Advance Auto, and NorthTowne Lincoln Mercury in Kansas City, Mo.
I recently purchased a 1996 Mark VIII LSC with 150K. She has after market mufflers that sound amazing, but other than that she is bone stock. Everything works, barring the seat motors are weak and the truck actuator is moody. In the few weeks I have owned the car, I have replaced both upper arms on the front. The rack and pinion, as well as all rod ends. I also replaced the front sway links. I should be getting my master rebuild kit in today after work, and in two weeks I will be pulling the 4r70w to give it a refresh and possibly the J-Mod treatment.
That's about it. I have had some great experiences with on-line forums before and hope this one is just as good.
