I usually don't let my car get this low or low...

That's pretty funny. I experienced just about the very same thing this past weekend. Except, I didn't have the first pic pop up for me, but I did get the 2nd pic.

I was doing a lot of running around last week when the low fuel warning popped up. I had to go up north this past weekend so before I took my 94 to get gas I left and took the 95 up north.

Last night I took the 94 out of town quick to watch the meteor shower. I was watching the miles drop off. It was at 9 miles left when I thought I should go get gas. I made a few stops before I went for gas. When I started up and hit the reset that's what popped up. Had to take a pic of it.

Oh and I was driving while I took the pics. LOL

Well one really should never see it... gas shouldn't get that low... but nobody's perfect..

I agree that's why I don't do this very often. I don't let the car get to the point where the low fuel warning comes on. This was one of those rare occasions.

I just got a "low fuel" warning this morning. Was really funny, though. In my driveway, it said I had 50-something miles 'till empty. However, about halfway to work while driving down the highway, it said 60-something. Now at work (30 miles from home) we're back down to the 50s.
