How can I get more HP for my LS?

I'm waiting for the guy to get the supercharger package together. But in the meantime, how can I gain some HP? Just the cat back and the intake? Is there anything else I can get?

So if I contact this person, they will pre-program this thing for my LS? Cause I wont be able to do it, I dont know what alot of that stuff means. Also, where does this thing plug into? under the hood?
