the only time i use something to shine my leather is for car shows. i use armorall extreme shine. after the car show i clean it off though. for everyday use, i use meguiars leather care View attachment 19333

i use armor-all leather wipes on my seats and it cleans them good and shines them up. Whatever you decide to use make sure it's a leather clean tho. They are better for leather than normal armor-all.

I use meg. leather conditioner and cleaner. I thought about staying w/ amorall after I purchased the LS but than I heard so many things about it drying out the material and causing cracking and stuff so I decided not to use it. I used amorall on everything before the LS and it worked great in the shine area but I figured between being either really shiney or being clean looking I would just go w/ the looking clean and not risk problems down the road.

Hey thanks Brothers...... I've been using a little soap and water... it's been working pretty good but it leaves it dull...

meguires leather wipes in the little tub thing.. it actually leaves them shiney if u go over it lightly with a new wipe after u get all the dirt off...

i have been told that the best stuff on the market for leather conditioner/restorer is leatherique. but it is expensive. check it out. i saw mreldo's caddy and thats all he uses and it looked real good also it is supposed to help prevent the cracking

I've been using Meg's leather cleaner and conditioner, have been pleased with the results. although the driver's seat has cracks in the leather, the leather has separated from the backing. The area effected is the door side of the seat-back. This area is prone to wear when entering and exiting the car.

The seat back cover was replaced underwarrenty at about 20k miles, now at 30k miles the same wear is happening.

Has anyone else seen this kind of wear on this area of the seat back?

For leather seats Lexol is the best stuff with the two step cleaner and conditioner. Not the best shine, but the best stuff out there.

armorall leather wipes.. make sure u close them after use though and dont leave them in ur car.. they will dry up
