How do I change all the interior bulbs to new bright ones?

I want to change all of my interior bulbs to the super/hyper white that is used in the newer cars like the MKS I drove the other day. I know how to change the map lights & the lights on the kick panels under the dash, but how about the bulbs in all 4 doors at the bottom? also the courtesy lights attached to the back seat handle on the roof?

One last thing is whjat size are the bulbs in the doors & the rear seat courtesy lights?

Doors i believe you have to take the panel off. But maybe not. And is there a place to buy a full kit of these lights ??
