My daughter's 90 Eldorado occassionaly stops running on her. I measured the fuel pressure with a gauge and found it to be about 37 lbs. My Haynes Repair Manual says the pressure should be between 41 and 47 lbs. I replaced the fuel filter. No help. Same 37 lbs of pressure. To check the regulator it says to install a fuel line shut-off adapter between the pressure regulator and the fuel line. Where would I find such a thing? Anyone got any experience in this area?
