How do I disable the easy entry?

As the title says, how do I disable the easy entry feature on my 2000 LS6 (base model)? I searched but couldn't find anything on how to turn it on or off. Also I do not have a manual for this car. The seat motor has been getting progressively louder lately, and making ozone smells. So I would like to disable the easy entry before the seat motor smokes its self. TIA

Press the setup button until you hit "easy entry" then select "off"

The dealer has to do it on the V6. It can be done on the V8 models through the message center.
