How do the front door panels come off

guys:

I've taken the back doors off with no problem. 3 screws around the perimeter and two in the door handle, then just pull. I did the same for the front doors but it seems like something in the middle was still grabbing.

Is there anything beside the screws around the outside and the pull-clips?

There is a black piece behind the chrome door handle that comes off. There is one screw behind it and then you've got it. Oh yeah, don't forget the screw that is on the side of the door panel.
