I worked in the field for awhile. That :q:q:q:q tends to happen. Usually no one see's it. If you think a blade coming off is bad, you should see it when one comes apart. Those blades are not keyed, so it had to be kinda tight to get it up to speed.

Apparently, it was intentional. On the news, they said that the lady who owned the house (not the one that got hit by the blade) wanted to know why it was taking so long for them to finish the work at the end of her driveway, so she set up the security camera to watch it.
