How hard is it to replace the door lock actuator?

Been wondering about this for alittle while now. Maybe you have some tips.
 
Actuator being the solenoid that locks/unlocks? I just looked since my door panel is off. You are boned.

hard if you have big bear hands,
not so hard if you have smaller hands.

4 or so bolts ,some pulling and flexing of the lock rod,
took me about 45 minutes with some troubles,
probably could do it in 20-25 minutes if you get lucky and have no issues.
 
Mine got stuck, but I pried up on the rod and worked some lube into it, and it's working pretty good now..., might have to cut the boot off, but...
