how much does it weigh roughly?

does anyone have a rough idea of the weight of the 4r70w transmission in our cars?
i am asking for transportation purposes,i need to go pick one up this weekend.

ok,well never mind,

a 2002 4r70w can be lifted off of a pickup truck and carried 12-15 feet by a small framed male in his early 30's.

so i need not worry anymore,

no, that is fully loaded with fluid,spilling out the dipstick hole and all.

i guesstimate it weighs 140-160 lbs wet.not bad,
i was thinking it might weigh 300lbs,lol

thank god it wasnt so heavy.

now time to swap out my old one for this sweet beauty.
