how to remove mark VI fuel injectors?

Think I have frozen injectors from old gas and car sitting for a long time.

Looking down the carb throat I don't see anything to support the bottom
of the injectors like is shown on drawing from ford dealer.

Also not sure how to remove wiring connectors.
