So far I have rear hubs, front hubs, getting rotors in a month or two. Will i have to buy, modify, or make a caliper mounting bracket for the front or rear? And what size are the Mark VIII rotors (front and back) and how big are 94^ stang rotors? Also would I have to put cobra rotors in the rear, or would GT rotors work fine?

why not just drill the rotors to the specs of the marks bolt pattern, just curious thats all?

It would probably be hard to center the newly drilled holes. I need a brake job anyways though. So i might as well just get the rotors for the new bolt pattern.

save yourself a step, either swap to the GT PBR calipers/brackets or Cobra Calipers and brackets..

rear, you can either redrill the stock rotors, or buy the caliper relocation brackets and cobra rotors..

stock mark rotors in front are 10.78, GT 10.5
rear mark rotors ???? Rear cobra rotors 11.65

Would it be possible to use my stock calipers with GT or cobra rotors and just use a relocation bracket on all four corners? Are new calipers absolutely necessary?

Now that I think about it, Would it be more practical and save me money by just drilling new holes in my mark rotors? Im thinking about doing that to the rear rotors and buying new 94^ front rotors from a stang. Or should I just drill all four?

The cobra fronts are 13" and require 17" wheels to fit. You can do what you like with the rotors. For that matter, you could simply enlarge the holes to fit over the smaller hub pattern. The center of the rotor fits over the hub which effectively keeps it centered, then the wheel goes on over it to hold IT on.

I've seen a couple people do that, but I fell it's better to just go to bigger calipers, and rotors. I THINK that if you go with bigger discs, you have to upgrade the calipers to fit them. (different pad diameter)

Note* I don't know for sure, as most of this is off the top of my head.

there are only 3 options for front brakes with the hub swap (that i know of)
1.) redrill stock rotors to 5x4.5" BC, use stock calipers (uses 16" and up wheels)
2.) GT Front rotors, GT PBR Calipers/brackets (uses 15" and up wheels)
3.) Cobra Rotors, Cobra PBR Calipers/brakets (uses 17" and up wheels)
