I don't have an issue with that at all.
Anyone who would turn in a firearm for $50 either has a broken weapon, an illegal weapon, or is likely the type of person who isn't educated in it's use or maintenance and is probably better off without the responsibility of it.

I'm sure its the bad criminals turning these in too...may work with a murder weapon....its no questions asked....turn it in and get rid of the murder weapon.......no wait the criminals are prob waiting outside for me to turn my gun in......when i come out they'll rob me and take my $50 food card and still have their piece....i'll be hungry and sad...
