i changed stat flushed heater core and bleed the mess out of it

B1676 is battery voltage out of range - It is probably a stored code that you can ignore.

You must fill and bleed exactly by this procedure: http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/tech/drain-lincoln-ls-cooling-system/

Causes of no-heat, more or less in order of most likely to least:

1. Trapped air in cooling system. This is usually be cause of degraded plastic cooling system parts that need to be replaced. It can also be because of incorrect bleeding.
(Plastic parts most likely needed: Degas bottle, crossover tube, thermostat housing, upper radiator hose, radiator, lower radiator hose)

2. Failed aux pump (V8 only). This usually means no heat at idle, but some heat at higher RPMs.

3. Stuck/clogged DCCV.

4. Someone put plugs in the heater hoses instead of replacing a defective DCCV.

5. Defective DATC or temperature sensors.

Why are you jumping to the least likely thing first?
Unplug the electrical connector to the DDCV. If you get full heat, then it could be the DATC.
