Here's the vid: http://imageshack.us/clip/my-videos/210/1c3.mp4/

Clutch randomly goes on/off.

I checked the pressure, it goes from 50 to 60 on this scale. Temperature (right scale) is ok, even low.

What to check next?

p.s. my a/c control unit (1993) is swapped to 1996 with gen2 design. direct fit, no modifications. is that ok?

Looks to me like it's lacking about a half a can of 134 and those gauges may not be accurate. I would add some, until it stays on because it looks like it's right on the edge, just enough to make it turn off and on. I think if you hook a can up to it, small can and shake it while it runs, the compressor will start kicking in and remain on. I believe you're ok with the EATC unit you have on there. If you weren't, you would know when you turned the key on. Some do nothing, some come on full blast and can't be shut off but if all buttons function on yours, you're ok.

If any of your lines have been taken apart, then you have unwanted air in the system and it would need a vacuum pulled on it and then filled properly.
