Finally have my actuator installed, local repair shop replaced it, my reservoir tank. All fluids and new wipers, for 160 dollars, so far all is good stop and go traffic for an hour with ac full blast no overheating, let's see if the nightmare is finally over

It should be over watch out for the plastic plumbing.

My only concern is the fan doesn't sound like it's running fast but, it didn't overheat driving. All traffic lights went out downtown yesterday due to a storm, a let the ac go full blast for a hour or more without any issue, and the mechanic wrote it on the invoice as replacing a power steering pressure valve and replacing power steering fluids, but under the hood it's visible they filled the fan reservoir tank because they over filled it to the top, I'm going to suck some out today so it's at the correct level , the mechanics are highly recommended a probably the best in the city, so I don't believe they installed anything wrong I think the boss might have wrote it up wrong, heck they even put new wipers on it free of charge and didn't tell me

What were you symptoms of overheating. Was something wrong with your hydraulic reservoir?

At normal temperatures the fan doesn't sound that loud. It's loud when the solenoid is stuck fully open and the fan goes full speed, sounds like hurricane. Just check if it is spining on idle, if it doubles its speed when you turn AC on and check the temperature from time to time on dash.

It's going perfect, had to add a little coolant, but that's it and suck some fluid out of fan reservoir, they over filled her, 3 days in 95 degree weather stop and go, no issues yet
