Studies have shown a majority of molesters/rapists revert to old habits even after years of rehab. Again why waste the resources. I know this will stoke the fires. Not many will agree. Thats ok. I know too many people that have been abused and can't stand seeing all these offenders getting excused for their actions, being helped , rehabilitated or trying their best to one day maybe find a small way to re-enter society under extensive watching and counseling.
