what is the cabin air filter for exactly whats the perpos of replasing it or even having it please someone explain

A cabin airfilter is just what the name implies. It filters the air going into the cabin aka. inside your car where you sit your happy arse when you are driving.
Just like the airfilter that filters the air going into the car's engine, the cabin filter gets dirty and needs to be replaced.
I guess you dont really need it, but I don't know how your heating/cooling system will work if you take the filter out.

would a dirty cabon airfilter or a bad cabon airfilter

No...it's just dirt. The whole system was designed with the idea that sneezing at 70mph can cause accidents. So some high end cars started putting filters between the intake and the vents of your CC system. It actually helps a little but since a car is not airtight it is not going to completely eliminate dust or pollen. So no, no sleepiness. You get that from stayin out drinkin all night :Beer
