I have a broken hose but need part number or place to buy new part?????Please help

in the pic the red arrow is hose and purple arrow is where its crack and sucking in air making car run lean.. I have 2002 LS V8

That looks like a very expensive (if available) assembly. Can't you just get some vacuum hose and replace that section???

Which part??? The circled one at the bottom of the pic or the assembly with the purple arrow? You can always call the dealer, explain what you need and get the p/n from them. After you get the p/n you can google it for the best price.

What's that hose's function? Is it a fuel line, EGR assembly, vacuum line?

Looks like it's attached to the IAC behind the butterfly so i'm going with vacuum. What it actually does i'm not sure.

It's air flow to the IAC (Idle air bypass valve) and to the air-assist fuel injectors that the gen I V8 used.
