See if you can watch the whole video without laughing...LOL.
The guy had his testicles removed by accident. That was certainly a tragedy.
But.... you have to watch the audience's reaction. I don't know how they held it together. You would expect at least one guy to give it up. I think the guy right behind him with his head in his hands knows what I am talking about.
