Hi .
When I repaired my MarkVIII and I have not seen the replacement all Wheel Lug Nut !!!
I have not seen for a long time replacement.

I need 20 OEM Wheel Lug Nut for my LINCOLN MARK VIII ( Wheel 10 spoke, Lug Nut M12 - 1.5 19mm Chrome)

Lug Nuts

My '03 Lincoln LS has a steel lug nut with a chrome "cover". This design was popular on Ford/Lincoln. After 127,000 miles and
two sets of tires, the tire store distorted/rounded the covers making them difficult to remove. Check out Dorman.com .. they are aftermarket but you cannot tell the difference from OE. I recently bought 20 lug nuts through Autozone (special order). Just make sure you use the correct size six-point socket and a torque wrench when installing them.
