Sucks, bad.
Having gone through a Divorce after nine years of marriage a few months ago, I feel for ya.
a)Every time you think of her, do twenty push ups. You will NOT feel like doing them, but this is somewhat the point. The more you do, the more the endorphens (natural painkiller,high) get into your system and
beats down the depression. As by-products, you get a little more pumped in the chest and arms for the next one and fell better all around.
b)Another mental practice is to list all the nasties about your Ex. on toilet paper and flush them down the toilet. You flushed away the issues in your mind and in person down the drain, freeing you to move on.
c)Ritualistically
burn all of her pictures. (One of my personal favorites)
d)Should you be a religous person pray and reflect on the what the issues were and prepare yourself for the joys of choosing your next "pick-kitty".
e)Think about keeping this quote in your wallet for a while;
"Never chase Women or buses, as they both will leave you in the dust."
