I came here after buying a 2002 LSE. I LOVED that car, but shortly after getting it my wife got pregnant and her Impala (OH GOD I HATE THAT THING) broke down and I wanted her to have a nice comfortable car so I gave her the LSE.

I bought myself a 2001 LS V8 and have been happy as a clam but over time her poor driving skills and apparent inability to inform me of issues her car has developed has led to my beloved LSE being a POS. :shifty:

I bought an Explorer for her recently and retired the LSE, now here is my question....Should I completely restore the LSE (V6) or convert my LS? I should mention that the LSE has a regular front bumper as it was in an accident.

I hate to make yet another fake LSE and I certainly don't want to decommision another LSE but I'm not sure what to do.

:Bang

If poor diving skills means alot of body damage... that may be a losing battle as far as cost to restore. If the drivetrain and suspension parts are still good... save it as a donor vehicle for your LS.
