Yes it is one piece. That is the grille I have. You should be able to get it cheaper than that. I think I paid around $170. The grille installs just like the stock grille. The only problem I had is that not always did the holes for the screws match up. The grill also does not fit perfectly. The one corner on mine is not snug with the car. There is nothing you can do about that but it is not that noticeable. My recommendation before you install this grill is to paint the area behind black so it blends in and cannot be seen once you have the grill on.
