First of all, I-96 and 8-mile don't cross. anywhere. Second of all, why give Detroit a bad rap? I drive my cars anywhere. I get nothing but respect whether I'm driving my '77 Town Car or my '56 Mark II convertible.

Treat people with respect and you'll be amazed at how nice they'll treat you.

No prob hizhonor, where id you live at in mich

Welcome landyacht, I see you are used to those boats. Thats what im talkin about.

Now, Barry, LOLOLOL. I like that. Treating people with respect does not remind me of driving in novi near the mall or down haggerty at christmas this year. LOLOL. Yes 96 does cross 8 mile. 96 and 275 come together while 96 travels north, then when you pass 8 mile a bit more north, 96 then continues to go west. Im not trashing Michigan Bro, i dont think i would want to leave here if i had to, i love the lakes. After work i had to drive to work at rush hour and sat on the 8 mile exit ramp for 45 minutes. Since its been snowing around the area, and the plow trucks have ripped up all the road repairs. Then i read your post and it caught my attention. Someone to share my commute in michigian.

i tell ya, when u drive a yacht like my 77 linc TC everyday...getting in that mark v is like getting in a speedboat...
i can manuever that thing like it's a flippin Mustang!..my friends would agree, i get into parking spots that others with cars like saturns and such won't even attempt...i guess it just takes driving skill...lol
i do miss that '77, though..it was great...
:steering

LOL, they gasp when you roll into the parking spot like your gonna hit something. I know what your talkin about bro. LOL amazing how small a big car is when you came from a bigger car. I went from a 77 towncar to an 88 towncar. No sweat, ill throw that thing around like its an escort. I scare the crap out of everyone parking between two mercedes in a compact spot.
