I have a 1995 Lincoln Continental 4.6 engine, Tilt steering
My ignition Key locking cylinder needs needs replacing. I have installed 2 ea. new cylinders from after market auto stores. Neither cylinder works properly. They were Locksmart cylinders. Model LC 14390 and LC61770.
The LC14390 would not start the at all. And would ever turn properly. The LC61770 would start the car and shut it off. But would not allow you to remove the key at all. The key would of had to stay in the ignition all the time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
