Anyone ever hear the infinity G35 coupe exhaust at WOT... any idea what type of set up i would need to get that sound?

Skyline....
The G35 is actually the Skyline in Japan so if you do a web search with that info u may be able to find out exhaust specs...both the infinity and nissan 350z should have the same exhaust set-up

My buddy has a G35 Sedan. Dual pipes into a single muffler with a single dual tip. The coupe has a different exhaust setup... dual pipes into dual mufflers with single tips. Alot of different componenets effect the exhaust note of a car... displacement, number of cylinders, , pipe diameter, x-pipes, resonators, mufflers, etc. You could hunt for years and never truely duplicate the sound.
My suggestion: Dance with the girl you came with. Just try to make your LS sound better, and not more like another type of car.

thanks.. i just love that sound.. i know it'll be hard to get something to sound the same, but something similiar..
i dont like that real deep throaty mustang sound.. I like the sound of the borla exhaust.... and i hate that crotch rocket rice burner sound.. even though i have a civic.. my car doenst sound like that... anyways.. thanx

I have a similar sound to a 350z under light throttle, but more like a Mustang on wide open throttle. I have the LS8 Sport with 2.5" piping with the Magnaflow X-pipe and the Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers. No resonators.

at stock LS V8 starts sounding liek a Mustang GT wen u floor her. I agree the G35 coupe sounds nice but why would u want an LS to sound like that? ppl hear it turn their heads and expect a G35 or 350z and they see a V6 LS ROFL, should have gotten a V8 LS in the first place dude its great, u wouldnt have to worry about duplicating a 350z exhaust wen it already sound sliek a Mustang :L

I didnt need a v8, I like the sound, but I dont need the power.... I would wrather just take it nice and slow...
