Does anyone know how to disconnect the line that connects to the fuel rail?

Sure. You need the quick disconnect tool. Push the line in (like you are attaching it) while inserting the tool, then pull it out.

For anyone else that finds this thread, no it is not specific. The generic tools work just fine (of course, some are better than others).
