I had a little situation recently where it behaved like a classic coil misfire situation ( Low throttle, low RPM roughness and hesitation, slow to start). After replacing all the COP's and plugs, the issue persisted. I really didn't have much to go on, so I ran it until I finally got it to log a code.

P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit High

Possible causes that I could search for all pointed to a faulty connection to the rail sensor, bad sensor or bad fuel pump. Does that pretty much warp it up, or would something like a clogged injector or a fuel filter trip that code.

I ran a can of seafoam through it and it seems to run better, hasn't done the stalling thing, and hasn't tripped the code again. However it is noticeably slow to start, which leads me to believe something else is amiss.

Any ideas? TIA

Bad gas? I found non-detergent fuels cause me slow starts.

Well, bad gas wouldn't cause that code.
I'd start with a good look at the connector (both the sensor end and the cable end). If nothing turns up there, connect a mechanical fuel gauge and compare its readings with live fuel pressure readings from a scan tool. If the pressure is really wrong, replace the filter and then the fuel pump if the problem remains. If the mechanical gauge and the live readings don't agree, then replace the pressure sensor.
