Is It Possible?

I was wondering if its at all possible to clean the inside of the HID's. The dealership had to replace mine in late 97. I noticed a couple of years ago the they were getting hazed up. I took some cleaner to the outside and noticed that the inside had a film on them. I was reading the thread about cleaning the outside, but no one spoke about the inside. Aren't the HID's Sealed?

actually, i noticed a HID repair kit in walmart. it came with the cleaner and sealent to reseal the HID. now i dunno how good it works or anything but i was thinkin about the same thing too.
