:shifty: WOW! Thats a DELL!:D :D

8 of every 10 PCs I have to fix for hardware issues are dell. They sell PCs on their website with refurbished parts in them. If you disagree I have seen PCs purchased as "new" in 2007 with hard drives and NICs in there with datestamps ranging between 2003-2005. Screw dell

I agree about the Dell computers my brother has a Dell and he has had nothing but problems with it, That is the reason i have a Gateway computer. :D

Don't see gateways coming in too often. Personally I build my own, less problems that way.

I have had two Dell refurbished laptops in the past 7 years and both have been great. I was told by our IT guy that the best Dell's to get are the refurbished units from their Outlet section. He says those are better than the new units since they have the bugs worked out of them. The first Dell I had/have is the Dell Inspiron 8000. After 5 years the hard drive failed and I just replaced it. Then I bought a Dell XPS 1210 laptop and that is the one I use now. Not one problem with it and I've had it for over a year now.

Oh...as for the girl, she can work on my laptop any time! :D

I've had a Dell laptop for a year and a half and the hard drive crashed on me a few weeks ago....luckily I bought the extended hardware warranty! Still cost me $150 to reload the drivers and what not :-(

I think the girl is part of Dell's in home service package.
