Is this a 5.0 Procharger head unit?

This has been sitting in my garage for about 2 years collecting dust, it is my brothers and he wants to sell it. Now, the reason I cant figure it out, is because the serial number and sticker and what not, has be grinded off. He bought it from a guy, while he was working at a job site. So, does this look to be a 5.0 unit?

What makes it a 5.0 or not would be the mounting bracket
But it looks old enough that the 4.6 probly was not out.
