Is this for real?

It looks like it is for real, but i don't see how he could keep the tires from rubbing. If the air ride goes out that car is going no where!!!!!

If he used the right offset for the wheel/tire combo it just might fit. I do not believe tires of that aspect ratio will ride like stock. But clearances might be fine with the proper offset/tire diameter-width.

Air ride? What "air ride"? I didn't see that conversion listed anywhere--the LS uses coil-overs, not air suspension.

As for 22"s, I'd hate to hit a bump--it's either going to hit the fenderwell or ride like a buck-board...

I stand corrected, i assumed the LS had an air ride system!!!

Good for them, but that just looks freaking ugly! And a v6, poor performance w/ that size.

Regardless of the size, those are ugly rims. I love the picture of the guy inside on the phone, and his grammar/spelling to "LS" owners is pretty funny also. I'm not even gonna go the route of stereotyping the types of people who would puts rims like that on a car, but its funny.

Those rims are huge, never mind the tire rubbing the tranny will have some problems soon!

Don't forget the effects on the brakes and suspension. If he didn't do any mods to either, I wouldn't drive that thing...even ignoing the extreme hideousity of the wheels... :yuck:

ridiculous, and it looks like the front wheel has created some damage underneath.

ya there is definatly some damage to that passenger side front wheel well. the tire pry hit real hard cause there is a crack going horizontal AND vertical if you look closely... it only a matter of time til that starts to rust, especially now in Philly... and its a V8 not a V6, cause i think i read some1 saying its a 6... i mean i like big rims, but thats just crazy right there... its understandable if its like a show car and you drive it 3 4 times a year, but for an every day driving car, crazy...

I like the part where he says in the eBay ad; ".....all you LS owners, don't contact me and ask how I got the 22's on...... there on and you don't need any more proof than that"!

LOL...how funny! So I sent the guy an email asking him how he got them on the car, just to be an :q:q:q:q:q:q:q!

The guys negative feedback should speak for itself! Avoid that car like the plague. Its a typical So. Philly beater.

I love those rims! I mean 22s are a little too big for the LS, but if no rubbing problems, I would put some too. 21s are just perfect, just there are not so many choices on 21s. That crack on the fender looks nasty though.

Why did he clean the car up then drive half of it over a mud puddle then park on it?

It looks like a big hand is gonna come down and push it backwards to make it shot forward......

and he never does show us a straight on shot of the tire and wheel well

just observing...
