well I am days away from swapping my trans solenoid pack and now the car threw the service parking brake light. Then on the highway it randomly felt like the car was trying to lock up the rear wheels. It would shudder once and then it would drive fine. Any ideas?

Did the info center say "service" or "check" parking brake. I get the check parking brake from time to time. I just press the brake pedal and set the parking brake, (not while driving :p), and then release it. That seems to take care of it for 4-6 months.

Other than that, (not to make you say "oh great, now what), you might be starting to have an issue with a wheel speed sensor... or possibly the throttle body/throttle position sensor. Just keep an eye onit and report back with more info if it happens again. Maybe check and see if any codes were set.

Thank you for the reply. It said service. As soon as I drove the car again the warning was gone as well as the issue. And when it was acting up it was pretty frequent. And I have old cars and other pieces of crap that run bad and it is unlike anything I've ever felt in a car

Well again... by the symptoms you previously described,,, you might want to check for codes with a scanner. First suspect would be a wheel speed sensor,,, activating the Traction Control or Advancetrac on the LS.
