It's finally home!

Picked up the new engine this morning. It will go into the car the weekend of the 4th of next month. Then, I'm hauling the car to Modular Madness in Salt Lake city to get her tuned.

Wow, my old Cobra intake is looking good and the motor is too. Do you have cams in that thing? I remember you said the heads were ported...

Yeah, the cams are Ground for forced induction. .450" lift. Ferrea SS valves, Crower springs and retainers.

And ofcourse, a nice port job.

Forged stroker 298.

I realized yesterday the crankshaft is an 8 bolt flywheel pattern, instead of the OEM 6 bolt. so now, time to call maxx for a navigator flywheel.... Talk about a bastardized motor. :lol:
