OK So I finally got the brackets for the bottles and Now I dont know how I want them in the trunk.....I know its dirty and Im cleaning it out now so just let me know which configureation looks best.....I might move the amp behind the box and that will help clean up the wiring a little more ( I also Need to move extra back under the deck rush install and have not finished it up yet because I knew I was going to have to take it out for the bottles.......

I would mount the tanks on the top of your trunk lid, but since you dont have pictures of that I would say #4, #1 is my second choice, but you lose more trunk space that way
 
They are just temp.... I looked into mounting them on the trunk lid but they both dont fit...And to get one to fit its alot of work fabbing a bracket to fit and new shocks to lift the lid....I was already playing around with this idea.... As far as the trunk goes I dont really use it for much.....
 
i would try to see if you can mount the amp behind the sub box. but if i had to choose a pic, it would be the last one!
 
i picked four but u better hope u dont get in a car accident because that 1500 dollars worth of stuff is gone

ps mount the amp in the spare tire compartment
 
I believe you always want the bottle on a slope down and towards the back - against acceleration.
 
the bottle need to be some what towards the rear.....bottom...... There is a syphon tube running down the bottle to pull the N20 out.... I dont really have to worry about it to much because im not standing the front wheels up so if its on a angle it will work....When I was working at the Nitrous shop we did alot of R&D and it doesnt effect it that much(enought to notice it)

I can not mount that in the spare tire well I already have the other amp and tv tuner and some other stuff under there......

I am going to move it back behind thebox there is enought room to mount on bottle turned sideways but I dont want it there.....I will be mounting them tomorrow just wanted to get some feed back
 
Well it depends if you want them to be functional or not...All companies recommend the bottle be angled,nozzle facing the front of the vehicle for best siphon...I pick 1 or 4....Just my 2 cents...
 
Kind of makes the spare compartment and battery a bitch to get to no matter what you choose, huh! But you and Quik are correct...the pick-up is off the bottom of the bottle. It needs to face the rear and be low.

That is going to be a cool set up and a real sleeper! Who's doing the tune for you?
 
I would go with pic number 4 but I would but the old man walking stick in the car so you can use it to hit people with!
 
its the handle from a sledge hammer I broke it after 2 swings on the job site .....If worse come to worse I can use it to keep myself alive.....
 
thanks man Tonight I had my last test before my final!!! I think i did good but I will have to wait and see......I have less than a month left of EMT and then I should be starting my Fire Standards ...... I really hope I pass it all and can get thru standards......
