jerk in drive

I have a 02LS V-6... when I put it in drive or even reverse the cars jerks I tried to ease off the breaks when I shift but it still jerks, not as much but it's still a jerk...

anybody know what this could be?

nope.... its at like 800

it maybe time for you to get your spark plugs changed. My conti did this too and i had about 105k

could be bad motor mounts, I had a similar problem with an eagle talon I had a while back

it kinda sounds like the tranny is low maybe the torque converter is locking up.....I would get it to the dealership fast.....

If I back up and Im on a hill I know my clunks into reverse and park but thats on a hill

Is it shifting harsh sometimes during the drive? Is there maybe a late shift into the reverse? I think it might be the solenoid box.

No there's not a late shift into reverse. when i kick to reverse it jerks backwards a little... when I ease off the breaks during the shift it's better but it still pops foward or backwards....
