JUNE 24! Downriver cruise!!

This saturday is the annual downriver cruise on fort street. Id like to see some marks down there. Im most likely going to be parked near joe's rite way. Just look for the gen1 with a bunch of dents on it, and you will most likely find me.
 
I'll be there driving my green 94 Mark or my orange 78 MG. I'm bringing both cars.

A couple of my friends will be driving a Mark VIII convertible and a supercharged Mark VIII.

Where's Joe's rite way?
 
Sweet! Its near the used car dealerships. Theres some type of foreign car dealership across the street from it. I want to see the supercharged mark viii! Im gonna be down there friday and saturday, so keep a look out!
 
We'll be meeting at my sister's house which is a few blocks off of Fort street if anyone's interested. Otherwise, I'll be looking for Mark VIII's.

Is the supercharged mark viii a black gen2?
 
Whats the nearest cross street for Joes Rite way ????
I am not sure what time I will be out I get home at 7:30 Am after working 12 hours....:cool: :cool:

I will not be able to make this trip bill. The funds just are'nt there this time around, and with short notice, it's even worse. Lets get something going for the michigan crowd, and I'll be glad to come up.

We could do the telegraph cruise, if it is still going on this year. Or the woodward dream cruise?
 
Sorry you can't make it Mike. Maybe next year for the cruise.

I did start a post in the general discussion section on June 13 though. I tried.:)

It looks like about 5 Mark VIII's this year so far. That's 3 more than I saw last year.

I'd be up for any Michigan meet.

It was nice to meet you, I never did see the other Marks that were suppose to be there, but I had to go to work. I saw a black one with Ocostar wheels and I saw a red 98 that I told the guy to check the club out!!

lol, Yeah it was nice meeting you and seeing your car. I saw about 4 black gen1's in the K-Mart parking lot, but there werent very many cruising. I love the way black on black LSC's look! Its not loud enough for me..... The only thing that matters, is that you like it.
 
Sorry I missed you guys. I drove by Joes rite way and then I walked there but I never saw any Mark VIII's. I must have been there too early.

I didn't get to do as much cruising as I usually do this time. The other 2 Marks weren't there for very long. We did drive down to the Lincoln dealership and parked there for a while though.

When is the Telegraph cruise?
