K.C. Based Lincoln Lowlifes is now "Luxury Muscle"

Well here we are, finally hammered out the details for the kansas city based Lincoln Mark VIII club. You can register for the club at our first meetup @ the Autozone in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, 5:30pm on 3-28-09. Ypu can also send me your contact info and I'll mail you a registration form. Yearly dues are going to be $25.00... This includes a 10% dicount at Autozone, a T-shirt,
some good info and tech talk, Mark VIII resources, Our own speedshop mechanic(UTI Graduate-2 year course finished in 10 months)
WonderLust Customs Speed Shop in Plattsburg, Mo.(very reasonable).
Our first cruise will have hot dogs, chips, soda and good Music, Not to mention all the Cars. So come on out and hang with some like minded individuals. See you there, Steve Burns

Count me in. P.M. me with details about dues. I'll be there with my Gen 1. Hope to have aluminum valve covers, new wires, hood and wing on the car by then. Who's doing the music? Got contact info for Autozone? What kind of t-shirts? Good job on getting this going.
By the way, MO-KAN drag strip is having the season's first practice day April 11. How about we get together there and run our cars?
I've got a buddy with a Top Alcohol dragster that runs in the fives that'll be there.
Also, we should have ALL lincolns there, not just Marks.
 
Kansas City lincoln Club Detail

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Club dues will be $25.00 a year. Music will be me unless someone else wants to do it. If you have an I-pod full of good Hot Rod music bring it. My T-shirt guy fell through so I am lookig for another, we should discuss a club Logo. Don't really know where Mo-Kan track is but sounds like fun. I am starting this as a Lincoln Mark club, plenty other fords want in so I'll probably open it up to others soon. If you know someone who wants to bring something else then tell them to bring it! Thank you all for your input it is always welcome. Thank you all.

Just wondering how long this will last cause I don't get off work till 6 and i can get right over there from liberty pretty fast. So I guess I'll be there in the LS...

I have set it up so we can have the cruise till 9:30 so you'll have plenty of time.
 
i want in but all i have is
the 98 lsc i got my dad
a 93 mark that the whole drive train is going into a 1949 ford 2dr sedan
and a 02 harley truck

First Cruise

Well it looks like the weather still isn't going to cooperate for this weekend, so I will be setting it up for April the 4th 12pm to 4pm. Same location. There will be another Cruise at autiozone(same place) 6pm to 9pm that night if anyone wants to go grab a meal and come back you are more than welcome. It is another club that I helped start 11 years ago. Hope everyone can make it to the cruise. Don't forget about the 11th of April when the club will go to K.C.I.R. Raceway for Racer Appreciation Day to Drag Race and have a good time. I'm trying to convince my dad to bring his T-bucket to the track. Thank You, Steve
