It's the next size larger than an F-450, which is the next step after an F-350. IIRC, F-450s are the same general size and shape as the F-350, and the F-550 is the small end of Ford's big truck line. I think the F-750 is the top end of the F-Series, size-wise.

If you have to ask, it's not the truck for you.

I have a 2000 F350 w/ the V10 engine. Long-term average MPG is 8.8, but most of those miles are with a 4,500 pound camper on. I think my whole rig would fit in the bed of that 650!

That looks like a Sanderson Ford conversion. They have done a ton of those. They make a real sweet set up for towing a 5th wheel.
