Kicked In Seat Back?

Is this common? Spotted this on a 2004 for sale locally. Dealer tried, unsuccessfully, to hide it in the pictures but my keen eye spotted it, on both seats.



If my kid had done this, he'd still be walking with a limp to this day.

its kinda common for the tabs that hold it in to break and the seat back just falls outward.

I've never seen one get pushed back into the seat... I wonder if the old owner did it because it fell out?

I emailed the dealer and they indicated it had been fixed. I asked for photo conformation - just because I am curious how they fixed it.

I would imagine they would have just had to yank it out, and then IF the seat back was damaged as usual, I'm sure they could have came up with a cheap (and probably durable) rig job.
