Is this common? Spotted this on a 2004 for sale locally. Dealer tried, unsuccessfully, to hide it in the pictures but my keen eye spotted it, on both seats.
If my kid had done this, he'd still be walking with a limp to this day.
I would imagine they would have just had to yank it out, and then IF the seat back was damaged as usual, I'm sure they could have came up with a cheap (and probably durable) rig job.
