Hey everybody, I was wondering which option works better. Is it better to go with the KKM Induction system that totally replaces the stock airbox system or to do the airbox mod, cutting out the bottom, and using a K&N panel filter? It seems to me that using the K&N panel filter might be better since the airbox might act like a heat shield from the engine compartment whereas the KKM is just out there with no shielding what so ever. My thinking is probably way off base, please let me know which way is best. Thanks! Oh yeah, this is for a 2001 Lincoln LS. Thanks again.
