My left rear taillight pretty much fills with water every morning and also when it gets really humid. I believe the seals are dried out, is there anythung I can do to fix this other than replacing them?
PS: I had to buy this one after an old lady rear ended me and smashed the OEM one a week after getting the vehicle):

take it out and submerge it and see where it is leaking from.

for the ~$40 it'd take on ebay... just replace. (im sure its stained from the water by now)

This is a pretty standard thing. When I was shopping in March, it is one of the things I would use to gauge the quality of care of the car. Lenses develop a distinct darker shade on the bottom with water and time. Learned this from my leaky 2002. If you bought that as new, I would ask for an exchange.

Close the blinker fluid fill cap.

But in all seriousness, I personally would just replace it, as its most likely stained like G-RELL said. I picked up a passenger side about a month ago for around $38 shipped on eBay. If its not stained, and you want to spend as little as possible, take it off, make sure its dry on the inside (Leave the bulbs out, let it sit in the sun for a good day or so, some compressed air wouldn't hurt to speed the process up) and then run a bead of silicone around the back where the lens meets the plastic backing. But, the little bulb washers could be bad, letting moisture in too. My Explorer drivers side reverse bulb has a bad seal, so when it gets humid, so does my reverse light.
