First off I would like to say hello to everyone I have been a long time broswer of this site and just signed up today. Before I go in to the question I ask that none of you say that what was done was wrong because I had no control over the situation as it was my friend that was involved and he asked me for help and I seen that this forum has alot of knowledge so figured why not ask here 
so here it goes. My friend recently got in a wreck (no one was hurt) well he didn't have insurance so he fled the scene (I told him thats a no no) well now he is wanting to see if there is any warrants out for him before he drives his car so he can get a lawyer and get it taken care of, I told him to get a copy of his Driving Record although I dont know if it would actually show it on there is there anyway to see if he is wanted without asking for trouble? (example: turning himself in) only thing I could think of was a driver record but im sure there is something else that maybe someone on here knows about?
