Went through and auto car wash and got my bracket torn off the bumper. it wasn't in that great of shape to begin with so no loss. bought a new bracket and it came with some plastic rivot type things that hold it to the bumper. They are all the way pushed in though and I don't fell like it is going to stay? Any advice on how to remount it? Some large screws through the same spots the rivots were in or something to that effect? Thanks.

Most of the time they are riveted it and normally a pain to get of as opposed to putting on lol, but either rivets or self tapping screws

the holes in your bumper may be slightly stretched out due to age, I would look for slightly bigger fasteners to hold it it in.

If you can get your hand behind it, you can also screw some nuts on bolts with washers to hold it together. Really this is how I'd do it. The washers would hold a lot better.

I think there is foam there, if so you, would have to pull the bumper off to get behind it

Thanks for the replies. I think what I have decided to do is get slightly larger self tapping screws then those rivots are and thread them through the rivot holes.
