Lifted Silverado 2500 Transaxle spacer

My dad bought a 2000 Silverado 2500 with a 6 inch lift and 35" tires and he's having problems with with his front passenger axle shaft breaking/poping out. when replacing the first axle I noticed that there was a huge gap between the axle and the diff mount. I did some searching and found that with that lift there should have been a spacer put in there. My dad couldn't wait because he wanted to go 4 wheelin' the next day so I put it in anyway. On that trip, yesterday, the new one popped out.

My question is does anyone know where I can buy these spacers?
