Lincoln fan all the way but changing

Well I've thought and thought about it but I'm probably going to do it. Don't doubt me that I am a Lincoln fan all the way. Love everything about them! But the more and more I look at a BMW, it draws me in more and more. I know I know, give me hell about it. I can hear it already lol. I've narrowed it down to a few BMW models(white, black, or Laguna Seca blue):
95 - 99 M3
96 750iL DINAN 7 V12
02 325Ci
00 740i
00 328i
07 335i twin turbo convertible
Any opinions or suggestions on these?

i think bmw makes great cars but I would not want one without a warranty
just finished doing some work on a friends Bmw and some of the stuff on the
325I is just stupid mechanical wise

shell out the extra money for an E46 M3 (00+)

drive it until the shortblock hits the fan.... visit HPF for a stage 2.5 kit

with a stage 2.5 on an E46 M3 you might as well say you have a car that's faster than anyone in your area, and recite this to everyone... including some rich guy with a 200+K supercar that traps 130MPH in the 1/4 mile... because you would be faster than that too

I've done some research and it sounds like BMW's have coolant issues i.e. water pump and radiator. Other than that, not much different mechanical issues than a Mark VIII

Tough choice between the E36 and E46 M3. I know I can't afford the M5 and don't like the body style of them either. The DINAN 7 V12 or 335i twin turbo I'm going to have to check out performance on those but probably not any slouchers either. I'll check out the HPF and see what I can find. Thanks!

to each his own... as far as the German cars altogether only one color shines be it BMW, Audi, Porsche or anything... that color with black/gunmetal wheels make any of the german cars look like pure sex

I mean hell.. it even makes wagons look pretty good
