you'll need a reinforcement bar from a 2003+ LS. Other than that, you'll be good to go.

How about the reverse???
Does anyone know just the reverse, can a 2002- LS headlight be installed to one 2003+? Somebody has had to have tried it???

hmmm, not sure...but if your interested, i'll have a set of 2000 LS headlights for sale this weekend. They are have gray sealent too.

my bad man, I just looked again...Prices are around $85 shipped. I'll match that. $170 shipped to your door. Will go out first thing Monday morning if paid with Paypal. Maybe sooner if I can get my car in to have the HID's put in. Let me know. Thanks
