The way it looks is that the seller agreed to sell it at a price the buyer wanted it for. So, he cancelled the auction and sold it to him for $650. That seems to happen a lot on eBay. My favorite trick sellers do is charge 1 penny for a $30 item and charge $30 shipping. This way they don't have to pay the final value fees on the $30. They just pay it on the penny. I'm sure eBay is hacking away at those fools.
